When the lacquer build was finished the Black Palm and Quilted Maple trim stand took on real depth and a 3D quality. It appears deep and crystal clear. Just a great effect.
This Spalted Maple is one of the new “SK” layouts named for a stand I did for Scott Klein. It is a great piece of Spalted Maple and the Maple Burl legs against the Mahogany base really punch out. Trim is Curly Bibinger, Figured Maple and East Indian Rosewood
